Our Venue

Annex Theatre is located in a brick building at the corner of 11th & E. Pike, up two flights of stairs, in the heart of the Capitol Hill Arts District.

As you enter our theatre, you will be greeted by an Annex staff member, company artist, or community volunteer at the box office. If you’ve purchased tickets, let the volunteer know your last name and you will be given a program (plus raffle tickets at our monthly shows!) to check in. You can purchase a drink or snack or just relax in the 3500 Lounge. Once you hear the house is open, you can enter the Stellner Auditorium down the hallway, to the right.

The Stellner Auditorium seats up to 75 patrons in stadium-style seating, with 7 seats available on floor level. Seating is general admission and concessions can be taken into the auditorium.

The two restrooms are gender neutral. They are located with the sink up two small steps. There is no ramp. Annex Theatre is located on the second floor. We do not have an elevator. Enter through the blue door on Pike St.

If you need seating accommodations please contact our Box Office.

We do allow service animals and minors.

Annex Theatre is located ~10 walk from Capitol Hill Light Rail station. We’re also served by the King Country Metro Bus Lines 2, 9, 11, 12, 43, 49, 60 and the First Hill Streetcar. There is also paid street parking and private lots available on a first come, first served basis.

Masks are required for the audience in the 3500 Lounge and Stellner auditorium for actor safety.
